Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://psprotilecorp.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. PS PRO TILE CORP reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. PS PRO TILE CORP provides Floor Tile Installation, Wall Tile Installation, Bathroom Tile Installation, Kitchen Tile Installation, Backsplash Installation, Paver Installation and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://psprotilecorp.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PS PRO TILE CORP or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. PS PRO TILE CORP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of PS PRO TILE CORP arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify PS PRO TILE CORP from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. PS PRO TILE CORP reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
